२०६६ साल माघ १६ गते शनिबार ।
आज फेरि एकपटन नेपाली फुटबलले निराश बनायो । साग खेलकुदमा भाग लिन पुगेको नेपाली टोलि बंग्लादेश संग ३ । ० ले हार्दा साहै चित्त दुख्यो । शायद मैले हाम्रा खेलाडीहरुबाट धेरै ठुलो आशा गरे। । आज मैले खेल पत्रकार नभएर नेपाली फुटबललाई माया गर्ने नेपाली भएर म्याच हेरें । किनभने खेल पत्रकार भएर हेर्या भए मलाई नतिजाले केहि असर गर्द्र्रैन थियो किनभने मलाई थाहा छ नेपालले किन हार्यो भनेर तर फुटबललाई माया गर्ने नेपाली भएर हेर्दा चित्त दुख्यो । किनभने पि्रमियरसिप स्पानिस लिग जस्ता बिश्वप्रसिद्ध क्लब फुटबल हेर्ने बानि लागेर होला म मेरो देशको फुटबल पनि त्यस्तै होस् भन्ने चाहन्छु जुन शायद हुनै नसक्ने कुरा हो । खत्तमनै भयो नेपाली फुटबल । तालमेलको कमि खेलाडीहरुमा त्यो जोश र जाँगरको कमि । तर म दोष दिन्छु हाम्रा पदाधिकारिहरुलाई , झैं झगडा गरेर लामो समय सम्म देशमा फुटबल प्रतियोगीता नगराउनु । यो नै हो ल नेपाली खेलाडीहरुमा त्यो जोश र जाँगरको कमि , देशमा फुटबल फुटबल फुटबल भएको भए आजको बंगलादेशका खेलाडीहरुलाई धरो धर्म हाम्रो खेलाडीहरुले हराउँथे ल । हाम्रा फुटबलका पदाधिकारिहरु र फुटबल खेलाडीहरुले पनि के बुझ्नु पर्यो भने हामि फुटबल समर्थकहरुलाई नतिजा चाहिन्छ खेलको पुरै समयमा पेल्दा पेल्दा गर्यो अन्तिम १० सेकेण्डमा गोल खाएर खेल हार्यो भने त्यो हार हो , हो , पेल्न त हामिले पेल्या हो तर खेल त हारियो नि यो कुरालाई चाहि हाम्रा खेलाडीहरु प्रशिक्षँक र पदाधिकारिहरुले बुझ्नु पर्यो । यो मेरो भावना हो फुबटल समर्थकको रुपमा । खालि आशा गछु यस पछिका खेलहरुमा म दंग पर्नेछु

Nice to read your thoughts. I believe Nepal's struggles is not only down to the lack of domestic football in the last few years - our international results have been poor for over a decade now. Yes, we've won games here and there, but even a blind man will hit the bullseye once in a while.
ReplyDeleteThe roots of Nepali football: coaching, youth development, club football,etc. are all very weak and seldom developed, thus the results remain poor. For example Nepal does not have a single AFC "A" License coach (something that is quite easy to attain). Our youth development is limited to 40 kids at the ANFA academy. Clubs are basically social organizations and do little to develop grassroots football.
ANFA should heed this quote - "Winners focus on the process, losers focus on the results" (Netherlands Hockey Coach). Our results are due to us not focusing on the process.

ReplyDeletesee,, football is money our so called ANFA sud know this,, and if there is money the players living is gud,, and for that there sud be FOOTBALL man FOOTBALL,, let teh league happen,, let other tournaments happen,, bring few indian clubs , big indean clubs for a tournament and see the flow of ppl at dasarath stadium,, and if there is a pack house therz money,and its all for the players,, anfa sud know this thing,, aru kura haru ta i guess u know it,,
